We are a registered Non Profit Company  u/s 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Indian Act).  The money received or profit earned by the company shall be utilised towards the stated charitable objects. No profit shall be distributed to the shareholder(s) or director(s) of the company, except remuneration for the services rendered by such persons to the Company, if any.

 

The aim of the foundation is to provide the social benefits, which is useful and beneficial to the country and society without any discrimination to any class, creed, caste,  religion or region.

 

The Company shall seek registration u/s 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 within financial year 2020-21.

The company is not eligible to receive donation(s) in foreign currency from foreigners as it is not presently registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.
